Choose your product and size/colour, then open our Design Studio. Upload your artwork, add custom text, or start from a template — drag elements to position them on the product mockup. Add to cart when you're happy, and we'll send a digital proof before printing.

For best results, send a high-resolution PNG or JPG (300 DPI minimum) or a vector file (AI, SVG, EPS). If your design has text, outline fonts before sending. We'll let you know if anything needs adjusting.

Yes — there's no minimum order. Whether you want a single custom tee or a full merch run, we've got you covered.

Most custom orders are printed and dispatched within 3–5 working days after we approve your artwork. Larger bulk orders may take a little longer — we'll confirm timelines when you order.

We use professional-grade DTG (direct-to-garment) printing for apparel and high-quality sublimation or UV printing for mugs and accessories. Each method is chosen to give the sharpest, longest-lasting result for that product.

Absolutely. We send a digital mock-up for approval on every custom order before anything goes to print. Nothing gets made until you're happy with it.

Yes — for orders of 10+ items or ongoing merch runs, get in touch and we'll put together a custom quote.

Because every item is made to order with your custom design, we can't accept returns on custom print orders unless the item is faulty or we made an error. If something's wrong, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch. You'll receive tracking once your parcel is on its way.
